However, if you want to give your spouse a massage in order to relieve him or her of stress after a long day, it is best to take a few lessons or tips from a professional in order not to damage any of his or her muscles in the process.

Massage therapy when done regularly, can help you relieve stress, enabling you to deal better with daily problems and routines. It also tones your muscles and removes cramps and nodules that are created due to stress.

There are many types of messages that relieve pain and are recommended by doctors as well. Remember that any therapy must complete its cycle in order to work, especially if you are trying to overcome an illness or some type of pain but also when you are dealing with a stressful situation.

You could benefit greatly from a good proofreader. And a fact checker. And some more reliable information. I’m a licensed massage therapist and I do not–thank you very much–work in a “massage parlor” or “salon.” Massage was not “discovered,” any more than breathing or eating was discovered. It has been practiced since the beginning of human life–it is a natural behavior, practiced by mothers with their babies and others. Muscles are not very fragile. On the contrary, they can withstand much more pressure than most people would imagine. You write that different types of massage therapy are targeted to different parts of the body. This is totally incorrect. It really bothers me to see such ill-conceived, un-researched, poorly written articles online. Who the hell wrote this????
